On September 6th, 2025, at the construction site of the Yen Hung LPG Storage Terminal Project, the “roof lifting of two 160,000m³ LPG tanks” was successfully carried out. This marks an important milestone, affirming the commitment to schedule and quality by all parties involved in the Project, and laying a solid foundation for the upcoming installation, alignment, and commissioning of the entire facility.
The Yen Hung LPG Storage Terminal Project, with a total capacity of 176,400m³, is invested by Yen Hung Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (YHP). Located in Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park – Lien Hoa Ward – Quang Ninh Province, the project is built on an area of nearly 10 hectares, comprising two refrigerated LPG tanks (capacity: 160,000m³), two pressurized LPG tanks (capacity: 16,400m³), a truck loading/unloading pipeline system, a pipeline system connecting to a deep-sea port capable of receiving vessels up to 100,000 DWT, and various auxiliary facilities.
The ceremony was attended, on the Investor’s side, by Mr. Nguyen Hong Hiep – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Park Heungsoo – General Director of Yen Hung Petrochemical JSC; and Mr. Cheon Jeong Sik – Deputy General Director for Safety & Engineering, E1 Corporation.
Representing the Supervision Consultant, Mrs. Pham Thi Hong Hiep – Director in charge of the Industrial Division, Bureau Veritas Vietnam Co., Ltd. was present.
Representing the EPC Consortium, the ceremony was attended by Mrs. Bui Boi Hai – Vice Chairwoman of the Members’ Council; Mr. Yukio Kobe – General Director of TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Mr. Soek Jun Moon – Division Director of Business Development and Contract Management, TTCL Public Company Limited; along with all staff, engineers, and members of the Project Management Team.
After nearly 20 months of continuous construction, the EPC Consortium of TTCL Public Company Limited and TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd. has made relentless efforts, working hand in hand with the Supervision Consultant to overcome every obstacle, day and night at the site. With meticulous attention to every process of the Project, carefully weighing every detail of design, procurement, and construction, the Consortium has successfully achieved the committed schedule and quality milestones for the Investor.
Let us celebrate this remarkable achievement together. Every milestone of the project is marked by the dedication and contributions of each member of the EPC Consortium – TTCL Public and TTCL Vietnam – and this journey will continue with even greater determination to bring the Project to a successful completion.
