On May 16th, 2025, the SeAH M&S Vietnam Plant Project proudly achieved the milestone of 200,000 safe working hours without any labor incidents.
The project, developed by SeAH M&S Vietnam Co., Ltd., is located in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. Covering an area of 6 hectares, the plant will produce MoO₃, APR, FeMo, and FeV alloys. Its production capacity is 16,200 tons/year for ferroalloys and 25,000 tons/year for non-ferrous metals.
With the approval of the Investor, the EPC Contractor – TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd. (TVC) – in collaboration with subcontractors, held a ceremony to celebrate this significant milestone.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Choong Kim, General Director of SeAH M&S Vietnam, along with other members of the leadership team. Representing the EPC Contractor, Mr. Ho Dac Tuan, Deputy General Director; Mr. Tran Duc Duoc, Deputy Director of the Quality, Safety & Environment Management Division, as well as Project Management Team members and subcontractors were also in attendance.

In his speech at the event, Mr. Choong Kim highly appreciated the efforts of TVC in implementing the project with a strong focus on safety. He also expressed his hope that the team would continue their dedication to reach the next milestone of 500,000 safe working hours and successfully complete the project to the Investor’s expectations.

Responding to the Investor, Mr. Ho Dac Tuan expressed his sincere thanks for the recognition and reaffirmed TVC’s commitment to maintaining focus, adhering to the established schedule, and delivering a successful outcome in line with the core principle: “Safety – Schedule – Quality” upheld since day one.

Nearly 100 pieces of equipment operating continuously under strict, detailed control following TTCL Vietnam’s rigorous procedures
Hundreds of training sessions, safety drills, and periodic inspections, carried out with consistency, precision, and absolute seriousness

With meticulous attention to project execution, in-depth evaluation, and close coordination between design, procurement, and construction, site safety management has been a top priority and tightly controlled. All commitments have been fulfilled through outstanding determination and perseverance from the EPC Contractor’s team, subcontractors, and dedicated workers who have tirelessly contributed to the project.
