PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Build the Bulk Delivery System to achieve feeding rate of 21 MT/hr Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) from the process. PVC is kept in hoppers before loading to bulk tankers; the loading rate is 24MT/hr, the return pneumatic conveying system with PVC transfer rate 21MT/hr, On-stream time shall be 24 hrs per day, and other facilities modification according to the project requirement
