TETRA PAK BINH DUONG PROJECT

Production building, Warehouse, Utility building, support building, office, locker and other infrastructure such as road, paving, drainage. Utilities system included: Chilled water plant (5 Chillers of total capacity 2750 ton), compressed air, Sewage system, domestic water supply. HVAC system with required cleaning class 100,000. Electrical system included the Power supplied system, lighting system and other ELV system: grounding & lightning, fire alarm, CCTV. Fire fighting system followed FM Global requirement. Building Management System (BMS). Project achieved LEED Gold Ver 4 certification
