COMPLETE JOTUN PAINT FACTORY PROJECT WITH LEED GOLD CERTIFICATE
The total investment capital of the project is nearly 100 million USD, on an area of 10 hectares. The construction of a new factory in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park – Nha Be District, demonstrates Jotun’s belief and commitment to its long-term development strategy in the Vietnamese market.
The factory is equipped and uses advanced technology and equipment of the world to produce paint, with 2 workshops for water-based paint and powder coating built-in phase 1, with an expected capacity of 85 million/litres of water-based paint, 10,800 tons of powder coating are produced annually
Only after nearly 18 months since the project was implemented. Under the professional management of TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd (TVC), With the goal of “Safety – Progress – Quality”, the project has prepared the final steps of completion and handover to the Investor.
GREENFIELD paint factory is applying LEED standards in the design and construction of office buildings (LEED Gold certificate) and warehouse clusters (LEED Certified) assessed by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) )..TVC is extremely proud to cooperate with Jotun Vietnam in this green factory construction project. The fact that many green buildings are built is a positive signal that greatly affects the progress of sustainable development as well as the establishment of a green industrial network in Vietnam.
