Job Description:

Prepare technical requirements for construction works.
Provide on-site technical advice and propose solutions for arising technical issues.
Supervise subcontractors during on-site construction activities.
Perform necessary inspection and acceptance procedures at the construction site.
Prepare and submit reports to relevant stakeholders.
Calculate quantities and work volumes for payment, final settlement, and variation with subcontractors.
Promptly receive and resolve site issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate requirements:

English: Conversational level.
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
Passion for on-site supervision work.
Hardworking, enthusiastic, and willing to work overtime.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
