Job Description:

Provide Chinese–Vietnamese (and/or English) interpretation during meetings and technical discussions with Chinese suppliers/contractors.
Translate and support review of technical documents such as specifications, datasheets, drawings, manuals, and submittals.
Clarify technical requirements and follow up on technical submissions, comments, and arising issues with vendors.
Coordinate with the project team on technical coordination, procurement activities, and project management tasks.

Candidate requirements:

College or University degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Piping, Civil Engineering, etc.
Good command of Chinese (Mandarin); interpretation experience in a technical environment is preferred.
Solid technical background; candidates with experience in industrial/EPC/plant projects or working with Chinese vendors are preferred.
Good coordination and follow-up skills, with a proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
