On November 6th, 2024, the Signing Ceremony of the EPC Contract for the SeAH M&S Vietnam Plant Project (Phase 1) between SeAH M&S Vietnam Co., Ltd. and TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd. took place at the Muong Thanh Luxury Saigon Hotel.
SeAH M&S operates in the field of ferroalloy and non-ferrous metal manufacturing in South Korea and is recognized both domestically and globally as a leading producer with advanced, world class technology.
The project of SeAH M&S Vietnam Co., Ltd. is located in the Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, covering a total area of 6 hectares. It will produce MoO₃, APR, FeMo, and FeV alloys, with a planned production capacity of 16,200 tons/year for ferroalloys and 25,000 tons/year for non-ferrous metals.
TTCL Vietnam is honored and proud to once again be entrusted by SeAH M&S Vietnam as the EPC Contractor for Phase 1 of the Project.
Attending the signing ceremony on the Investor’s side were Mr. Kim Choong – General Director of SeAH M&S Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Mr. Kim In Ho – Director of Manufacturing Technology; Mr. Kim Seo Hyeon – Construction Management Director; and Mr. Oh Hong Seok – Director of Administration & Human Resources. Representing the EPC Contractor were Ms. Bui Boi Hai – Vice Chairman of the Members’ Council of TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Mr. Yukio Kobe – General Director of TTCL Vietnam; Mr. Ho Dac Tuan and Mr. Nguyen Van Lanh – Deputy General Directors of TTCL Vietnam.
Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Investor, Mr. Kim Choong expressed his gratitude to the leadership and project team of TTCL Vietnam, affirming his trust in the EPC contractor and expressing hope for the project to be implemented with the highest level of effort to meet the timeline, quality, and safety standards.
In response, Mr. Yukio Kobe thanked Mr. Kim Choong and the leadership of SeAH M&S Vietnam for placing their trust in TTCL Vietnam, reaffirming the company’s commitment to timely, high quality, and safe project delivery, aiming to deliver a project that meets the Investor’s expectations and creates significant value.
Immediately after the signing ceremony, the TTCL Vietnam team will swiftly commence all necessary preparations and accelerate the project implementation process, fully committed to meeting all project requirements and delivering the highest value to the Investor.
